1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kids Memory Game (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

For Parents: If you are a parent or guardian allowing your child to use this App, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child. You are responsible for your child's use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Monty's Memory Meadow is a memory matching game designed for children ages 5-10. The App provides memory matching gameplay with various themes and difficulty levels.

The App does not require registration. Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the App, your progress will be lost.

3. Intellectual Property

Monty's Memory Meadow and all its content are owned by Sidonsoft. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sidonsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
